This spiked tomahawk is from the Robert Kuck Collection and is pictured in his book
“Tomahawks Illustrated”, page 74, item A, #201. Length of head 5 inches, later handle
These smaller lighter tomahawks were favored as a fighting weapon for ease of carrying
when on warring raids among the Eastern tribes. This exact piece also featured in “Who’s
Who in Indian Relics”, Vol. 9, page 293. This museum quality piece has a nice dark brown
patina with Robert Kuck’s book item number “201″ still visible on top of the curved square
spike.
