Description

Featuring crescent-shaped blade with round poll and 4-sided diamond spike. From the
famed Robert Kuck Collection, with his “535″ white collection marking. This exact piece is
featured and photographed in Lar Hothem’s “Rare and Unusual Indian Artifacts” on
page 265. The nicely forged head measures 4 1/2 inches in length with a 3″ cutting edge.
Replacement field-burned handle. From one of the leading collections on Native
American weaponry and a rare crescent blade style, ca 1730’s – 1760. A similar example
can be seen in “Tomahawks Illustrated” by Robert Kuck, number 103, page 98. Similar
example from another dealer offered at $8500.
