Description
Featuring silver hilt with gilt highlights in the form of a Hindu deity with skull under foot atop
a round base set with semi-precious stones and a smaller ring set with garnets. Slightly
curved 15 5/8″ (39.7 cm) double-edged Damascus blade with elaborate forging pattern.
Scabbard of wood with carved bone wranka, wrapped in silver and decorated with fine silver
filigree with gilt highlights and set with semi-precious stones. Fine quality and condition, of
20TH Century manufacturer; the bone wranka with several tight cracks on reverse, not
affecting integrity. Overall length 20 1/4″ (51.4 cm), not including scabbard.
