Description
Featuring cast brass hilt comprising down-turned shell guard depicting a hound attacking a stag in relief, reverse quillon with dog head finial, and knuckle bow with central Green Man figure attached to the pommel cap which depicts hounds attacking a boar; one-piece horn grip with decorated brass base ferrule. Single-edged 22 1/2” (57 cm) blade with twin fullers, the tip rounded. Blade with numerous edge nicks and the last 3” pitted. Overall length 27 1/2” (69.9 cm).
