Description
Constructed of steel and featuring 5 1/4″ half-moon shaped axe blade decorated with
damascened silver elephants surrounded by foliage and bordered with geometric pattern.
An applied brass elephant is riveted to the opposite side, with 2 ½” square-section end
spike. Round-section 13 1/4″ steel shaft with applied silver damascened decoration
applied spirally along the shaft. Steel grip decorated ensuite which unscrews from the
shaft and features a slender 8 1/8″ quadrangular thrusting blade. Steel with dark grey
patina and minor silver loss. Overall length 23 1/2″.
