Description
Featuring blackened iron hilt with turned round-section quillons with diagonal fluting;
integral conical scabbard rain cover chiseled with radiating flutes. Spirally fluted ovoid
pommel with small button. Grip wrapped with fine twisted iron wire and finished with
braided Turks heads top and bottom. Straight 7 3/4″ hollow-ground blade of triangular
section; the ridge with scalloped notches along its full length. Overall length 12 1/4″. Very
good condition with smooth metal and bright blade.
