Description
Carried by the tribes of the Tetela rain forest region, this dagger features a wood grip
wrapped with heavy copper wire (loose) surmounted by a heavy cylindrical iron pommel.
Broad symmetrical 8 3/4″ blade with wavy and pointed edge and central ridge, coming to a
sharp point. Very good condition, showing dark age patina. Overall length 14 3/8″.
