Description
Hollow cylindrical steel body to hold priming powder, with spring-loaded lever to release
the indexed sliding powder measure. Spanner wrench with three different sizes attached
to the end of the powder measure. Small carry ring for attachment to belt. Closed length
7″; 10″ fully open. Scarce early firearm tool, essential for the operation of wheellock
firearms.
