Description
Hand-forged black iron, consisting of a bar with “T” on one end and eye on the other, designed to go through holes in two semi-circular bands for securing the ankles, which are in turn secured with a triangular-shaped padlock passing through the eye in the bar (no key, shackle broken). Bar is 13 5/8” (35 cm) long, total weight slightly over 2 pounds.
