Description
Steel hilt featuring straight turned quillons with button finials; obverse with single side ring.
Turned spherical pommel with button and central horizontal line decor. Spiral grip with flat
twisted copper wire wrap and steel ferrules top and bottom. Tapering hexagonal-section
10″ blade with very sharp point and decorative engraved ricasso. Blade with scattered light
pitting, the steel hilt with dark patina and rust marking. Overall length 15 ½”.
