Description
Three quarter length mail shirt formed of alternating solid and riveted rings; double row of
brass rings around the collar. Full-length arms. Black braided leather collar; broken, worn
and mostly detached. Some links missing and various small to medium sized holes, the
largest being on the left sleeve (pictured). Rings with red rust and some darker areas
primarily at the chest and shoulders, possibly from the perspiration of the wearer. Shows
signs of great age and use. Length 38″.
