Description
Hand-forged steel axe head with downward-angled 5 1/4″ convex cutting edge, inlaid with
brass decoration and engraved with geometric and floral motif. Socket decorated ensuite.
Wooden haft covered with leather and fitted with copper grip and collar with engraved floral
decor. Decorative end caps on both ends of the haft. Overall length 26 1/4″. Fine quality
workmanship and very good condition.
